Pouching

Pouching is the process of packaging a product in a multi-layer laminated structure which can be plastic, foil, or paper with a heat sealable coating on the material.

The pouches are heat sealed and placed into a point-of-purchase (POP) box or bulk-packaged in master cartons.

We can pouch die cut products into printed pouches of your choice and design. Individually packaging our patches into a foil pouch is our customers’ most popular packaging choice.

Bagging

Bagging is the process of taking finished product and feeding it into an a polyethylene or polypropylene bag. We can prepare the bags either with or without header cards. The bags are heat sealed and placed into a point-of-purchase (POP) box or bulk packaged in master cartons. The bags can be printed or unprinted.

Retail Packaging

We also offer chipboard boxes, sleeves, folders, POP (point-of-purchase) boxes, etc!
